A group of teachers attending the Fall CUE conference this past weekend and one of the presentations they attended was all about how a school district implemented Standards-Based Grading. Collectively teacher leaders created guidelines for learning levels, designed content specific rubrics, and created a system to measure and report behaviors in the classroom.
This week we want to share their website with you. While there are only elementary and intermediate schools in their district there are still a lot of great examples of how to develop "I can..." statements, design rubrics, and plenty of resources to help your PLC to use a conversation starter.
